PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that nominations of candidates for the office(s) of:
Reeve: Rural Municipality of Clayton No. 333
Councillor: Rural Municipality of Clayton No. 333 Division No. 1
Councillor: Rural Municipality of Clayton No. 333 Division No. 3
Councillor: Rural Municipality of Clayton No. 333 Division No. 5
will be received by the undersigned on the 9th day of October, 2024,
from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Municipal Office, and
during regular business hours on September 18, 2024
to October 8, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday,
at the Municipal Office, 113 – 1st Avenue North, Hyas, SK.
Nomination forms may be obtained at the following location:
Rural Municipality of Clayton No. 333 Municipal Office,
113 – 1st Avenue North, Hyas, SK.
All nomination forms must be accompanied with a recent
Criminal Record Check and a completed Public Disclosure Statement.
