1. Road Closure and New RM Road Registration of Range Road 2030 located north of Township Road No. 364 between:
   • NE quarter of section 25, township 36, range 03 west of the 2nd meridian and SE section 25, township 36, range 03 west of the 2nd meridian;

Please note: this item is for Council’s intial consideration. Public notice will be given prior to considering a Bylaw for the Closure of the Road.

Please be advised that dust suppressant application is scheduled for the week of July 13, 2026, weather permitting.

To allow our mowing contractors to begin roadside mowing operations, the RM Maintenance Department has moved the green application stakes further from the road’s edge and into the ditch.  Ratepayers are welcome to verify the measurements of their application sites, but please ensure the stakes remain in the ditch and entirely off of the road surface. 

We thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we complete these seasonal projects. Because this application is highly dependent on weather conditions, please check the municipal website regularly for updates and rescheduling notices.

Effective June 3, 2026, the RM of Clayton No. 333 fire ban has been lifted.

Effective 9:00 am on May 28, 2026 the RM of Clayton No. 333 is under a fire ban in accordance with Bylaw 2018-01.  All fires must be extinguished immediately.

The Dust Suppressant Application date will be June 8, 2026, weather dependant. Please watch the municipal website for further updates on the Dust Suppressant Program. Thank you.
