2026 Notice of Assessment
Notice is hereby given that the assessment roll for the R.M. of Clayton No. 333 for the year 2026 has been prepared and is open to inspection in the office of the assessor from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., on the following days: Monday to Thursday, April 17, 2026 to May 20, 2026.
A bylaw pursuant to section 214 of The Municipalities Act has been passed and the assessment notices have been sent as required.
Any person wishing to discuss the notice of assessment or potential appeal may contact the assessor at the R.M. of Clayton No. 333, Box 220, Hyas, SK, S0A 1K0. A notice of appeal, accompanied by a $200.00 appeal fee, which will be returned if the appeal is successful, must be filed with the Secretary of the Board of Revision, Lisa Peterson, Box 133, Preeceville, SK S0A 3B0, by the 20th day of May, 2026.
