NOTICE: New Municipal Email Addresses

Please be advised that the Rural Municipality of Clayton No. 333 has officially transitioned its electronic communications to a dedicated municipal domain. Our previous SaskTel email address (rm333@sasktel.net) is being phased out and will permanently close soon.  To avoid disruptions, email messages sent to the old SaskTel email address will be automatically forwarded to our new email addresses temporarily.

To ensure uninterrupted service in the future, please update your records as follows:

  • General inquiries: office@rm333.ca
    • Use for general inquiries, council business, information requests, etc.
  • Invoices & payments: payments@rm333.ca
    • Use to send E-Transfers, account payments, vendor invoices, statements, financial communications, EFT payment remittance slips, etc. 
    • Note: the municipal office is not set up with auto-deposit for E-Transfers. Ratepayers and customers using this payment method must notify the municipal office of the correct answer to their chosen E-Transfer security question.
