Rural Municipality of Clayton No. 333

PUBLIC NOTICE

Please take note that pursuant to Section 13, The Municipalities Act the Rural Municipality of Clayton No. 333 intends to consider the initial report on a proposed bylaw to close and lease the following municipal road(s) or portion of road allowance(s) to Swan Plain Grazing Inc. for the purpose of agricultural land used for grazing (pasture) for a five (5) year period commencing August 15, 2024 and ending August 14, 2029:

1. The municipal road allowance located on Range Road 2025, north of Township Road No. 372 between:

• NE quarter of section 18, township 37, range 02 west of the 2nd meridian and NW section 17, township 37, range 02 west of the 2nd meridian; and

• SE quarter of section 18, township 37, range 02 west of the 2nd meridian and SW section 17, township 37, range 02 west of the 2nd meridian.

Any person claiming to be affected prejudicially by the proposed bylaw or that person’s agent has the opportunity to be heard at the next regular meeting of council to be held on August 14, 2024 at the Municipal Office located at 113-1^st Avenue North, Hyas, SK commencing at 11:00 a.m.
